The Sahara Desert is a humbling place to be as you are aware of how tiny we are in the scale of the vastness of the desert. The endless sweeping curves of the dunes are quite oceanic at times. As the light changes the shadows and curves appear to change the form of the sand itself.

The straight lines and geometric-looking triangular shapes stopped me in my tracks after becoming accustomed to a very soft curved landscape in all directions.

Location: Sahara Desert, Morocco

  • Paper: Fotospeed Platinum Gloss Art Fibre 300

Platinum Gloss Art Fibre is a gorgeous, tactile, heavyweight 300gsm exhibition quality paper. The paper’s archival quality makes it an ideal selection for limited edition prints where rich contrasty tones are required. Although it’s name suggests gloss, the paper surface is reminiscent of traditional wet darkroom papers, rather than modern ultra-glossy modern papers.

The edition of 10 is divided between the 2 sizes.

  • 12x15" x 5
  • 16x20" x 5
  • 34x42" x 5
