This magestic view, looking West down the Jurassic Coast from Swyre Head is one of the finest views in Dorset. From here you can see the folly, Clavell's Tower, at Kimmeridge and Gad Cliff. Then Mupe Bay and Weymount and Portland can be seen in the distance.
This image was captured at the end of a very cold, still day with a heavy frost still unmelted in the shaded curves of the hillside. You can see a layer of mist rising from the sea at Lulworth and filling the valley inland behind Gad Cliff. It was an exhillerating evening to be out with my camera.
